Start the Day Right Smoothie

Regulating your blood sugar is essential to feeling well and maintaining wellness. By starting the day with the typical grain, or sugary cereal, along with coffee to get you going your blood sugar will fluctuate, your mood may swing, and your energy will drop. In short, you and your pancreas are headed for trouble. That's why I recommend my smoothie. It'll keep you full and satiated for quite some time after having it, and it's loaded with very potent anti-oxidants, beneficial fats, and many other powerful micronutrients.

1 1/2 cups of good water (not tap!) Fiji is recommended

1/4 can Organic Coconut Milk

1/2 bag of Mixed Organic Berries or 1 Stick of Frozen Acai

1 handful of Raw Organic Walnuts

1 handful of Raw Organic Pumpkin Seeds (possibly substitute with Raw Walnuts, or Pecans.)

3/4 TBSP of Raw Organic Cacao

1 1/2 Scoops of Pure Encapsulations ProBasics Protein Powder

Optional, but recommended: 1 Raw Organic Egg
